Some of our Volunteers

Individuals: To insure that all volunteers are oriented to our mission and safety operations, all on-site volunteers must complete a volunteer application and go through volunteer training. Contact us for more information on our current volunteer needs or download an application below.

Groups: Our facility is not large enough to welcome groups of volunteers, but we encourage your support in other ways:

  • Organize a food drive: Our shelves are always in need of non-perishables. See our wish list for specific needs. Contact us at 874-0379 or by email to arrange drop off of collected items.
  • Organize a fundraiser: Monetary donations are always needed to help keep the pantry well stocked. We spend over $2000 per week to restock our staples and to ensure that everyone goes home with nutritious meals that include milk, meat, eggs, juice and fresh vegetables. A fundraiser could be as big as a marathon or as simple as a collection box. One local business supports us each month by sponsoring a “jeans day” where employees pay a fee to wear jeans to work. We love their creativity!

Help us with a special project: Special projects are a great opportunity for scout troops. Contact us to discuss our current needs.

  • Chicken Noodle Soup
  • Tomato Soup
  • Mac and Cheese
  • Peanut Butter (16-18 oz size)
  • Grape Jelly
  • Apple Jelly
  • Canned Tuna Fish
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Canned Pasta Sauce (24 oz)
  • White rice
