Process Goes as Follows
We are using a Hannaford-To-Go type process
– Recipients look for the Check-In Table
-Recipients will receive order forms.
for perishables and for non-perishables
– Once these forms are completed, return them to the Check-In Table
– Recipient orders will be filled by Volunteers
– Once the order is filled, Recipients will be asked to bring their vehicle to the Loading Area
– Vehicles will be loaded by our Volunteers.
Recipients, please stay in your Vehicle during loading.

Process Goes as Follows:
***IMPORTANT***
Recipients may come early, put a bag in line,
BUT must wait in their vehicle (do not leave the property/area area)
Numbers are given out at/around 8:45 am
Once a Recipient has a number they may leave the property/area and
return at/around 9:45 to line up for Distribution
Bring 2 or 3 Reusable Shopping Bags
– Recipients line up (6′ apart)
-Recipients proceed through a line of tables with available products on them.
Products differ from week to week but may include
-bread, -sweets, -variety of produce, -other misc. items
– Recipient point out which item(s) they’d like
– Volunteers will place them in the shopping bag

For Recipients who work or
are unable to come on Thursday (please)
